Our servicemen can thoroughly pump and clean your septic or aeration tank when needed. We also completely clean and replace BK filters and upflow filters. We are currently licensed to service systems in Lorain, Cuyahoga, Ashland, Erie, Huron and Medina and Wayne County. Pumping records are kept here on site and also forwarded to the proper Health Department.
At the time of pumping our serviceman can give you recommendations to keep you system in good working condition. For aeration systems they will be pump and clean all three chambers of the tank and clean the aerator motor if necessary. They will check all electrical conections for corrosion and check that no ground water is infiltrating the tank. If risers are needed to correct this problem they can give you a quote on the installation of risers and lids. Having an outdoor water supply available can assist the driver in rinsing down the tank while pumping to assure a completely clean tank.
For systems with extremely heavy use we have Lenzyme bacteria available for sale. This is a proven bacteria which helps break down solids when there is heavy use of a system. A box of twelve packets which are flushed once a month can be obtained at a cost of $35.00 per box.
Bacteria is available for use in systems with large households or for those institutions that use grease or oil. Cost is $35.00 per box with with 12 packets. Just flush one packet a month for system maintenance.
