Our servicemen can thoroughly pump and clean your septic or aeration tank when needed. We also completely clean and replace BK filters and upflow filters.
For your convienence we have an annual maintenance contract available at a cost of $125.00 for two services.. If your system includes a BK filter the service contract price is $195.00 per year for two changes. We do not clean the filter onsite, we bring a new reconditioned filter that has been completely torn down, cleaned, bleached and reassembled.
With this contract we will service your aeration system twice. During this service call we will clean the aerator shaft internally and externally if applicable. We will inspect all electrical components for corrosion and service the aeration filter. A sampling of the effluent will be taken and visually inspected for coloring and odor and a sampling of the solids will be checked in the aeration chamber. Any necessary adjusments will be made and recommendations given to the owner on the use of the system.
If, after annual inspection, a problem should develop, our technician will come back at no additional charge to assess the problem. Any additional services, replacement of out of warranty parts, waste removal in the system or other necessary work can be done with prior approval from the homeowner.
