Maintenance Contracts available for all types of systems
Let us check and maintain your system for greater piece of mind. Our residential contracts prevent or eliminate expensive and annoying breakdowns and insure proper operation of your system. Under our policy our technicians will inspect your unit, clean the aerator, do a visual inspection of the effluent for coloring and odor, check the level of solids in your tank, do any necessary adjustments of any mechanical or electrical components and make recommendations to owner on use of system.
If you have a Bio-kinetic filter, a filter change will be done. Upon the initial change netting will be checked for tears and broken components will be replaced at a one time charge not to exceed $50.00. For more information about Bio-kinetic filters, click here - Bio-kinetic filters
If you are on a contract and a problem should develop, our technician will make a service call at no additional charge during normal business hours. Emergency service calls after regular hours will be charged at a reduced rate. Any additional services, replacement of out of warranty parts, waste removal in the tanks or other services offered cn be done with prior approval from owner. If your tank needs pumped and you are on our maintenance contract, you will receive a discount off of the pumping charges.
The cost for the contract for an aeration system is $125.00 and for a system with a Bio-kenetic filter is $195.00. This includes two services. Depending on the use of the system these can be done once a year which would make it a two year contract or twice a year for an annual contract. After your second service you will receive a new contract in the mail for your approval to continue your service.
Due to the low cost of this policy, no appointment will be made. If no one is home when the system is serviced, the serviceman will leave a tag verifying that the service was completed.
